Per 100 mcg/20 mcg MDI Salbutamol sulfate 100 mcg, ipratropium Br 20 mcg
Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult (including elderly) 2 puffs qid, may take additional puffs as required. Max: 12 puffs in 24 hr.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to salbutamol, ipratropium, or atropine or its derivatives; soya-lecithin or related food products eg, soybean & peanut.
Special Precautions
Narrow-angle glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy or bladder-neck obstruction; convulsive disorders, hyperthyroidism, DM. Concomitant use w/ patients who are unusually responsive to sympathomimetic amines. Pregnancy & lactation. Not recommended for childn.

Drug Interactions
Ipratropium Br: May increase risk of adverse CV effects w/ other anticholinergics & sympathomimetics. Non-K sparing diuretics, MAOIs or tricyclic antidepressants.
